I have over 30 years of experience working in different health care settings so I am very comfortable with, and knowledgeable about, many different health issues and how they affect people's lives. I am particularly skilled in working with trauma and using somatic and mindfulness methods for many years, including EMDR.
I offer experience in all developmental stages: pregnancy and childhood, parenting, adolescent needs, being a couple, health and illness concerns, mid-life changes, employment issues, loss and grief, family dynamics, death anxiety, interpersonal conflict, anger, loneliness and end of life concerns. I facilitate different groups and can work with individuals, couples and families.
